Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarPlayConnect app and website operated by Loop Mobile FZCO("CarPlayConnect", "we", "us"). By subscribing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CarPlayConnect is a subscription app for personalizing Apple CarPlay dashboards — car widgets, driving mode, sounds, and related tools — on the web and mobile apps, provided for your personal, non-commercial use. CarPlayConnect is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or any vehicle manufacturer; car and brand imagery is used to identify your vehicle for personalization.

2. Subscriptions & billing

CarPlayConnect is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. When you subscribe you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current price at the start of each billing period until you cancel. The price and billing interval are shown before you confirm your purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again afterward. To cancel, email support@loopmobile.io or manage your subscription in your account settings.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform content, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Loop Mobile FZCO or its licensors. You receive only a limited license to use the service for personal use.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Loop Mobile FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
